Terms of Use

Last updated 31 July 2026

1. What you are getting. A licence to use this app on your Apple devices, personally or for your work. You do not own the app itself.

2. Your content is yours. The photos, videos, drawings, reports and everything else you make with the app belong to you. The developer has no access to them and claims no rights in them.

3. What you may not do. Copy, resell, decompile or reverse engineer the app, or rent it out as a service to others.

4. Availability, data storage and limitation of liability.

The app is a tool for photographing, documenting, organising and exporting project information. It is not intended to be your only permanent archive, backup or document management system.

You are responsible for checking that important photos, documents, drawings, reports and other project data have been saved correctly, and for regularly exporting or backing up that material to a suitable external location.

The developer works to make the app safe and reliable, but does not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device, operating system, file format or third-party service. Faults, interruptions, device problems, insufficient storage, operating system updates or other circumstances may mean that features temporarily do not work, or that information is damaged or lost.

The app is a documentation tool, not a measuring instrument. Maps, addresses, coordinates, compass headings, GPS accuracy and other location information may come from your device or from external services. They must not be used as a survey, a legal boundary or an as-built record without being checked against a source you trust. You must verify such information before relying on it for decisions that are safety-critical, legal, technical or financial.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost production, business interruption, lost business opportunities, or the cost of recreating lost project documentation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law. Consumers always keep the rights given to them by applicable consumer protection legislation.

5. Other people’s material. The app uses data licensed from others, including Ordnance Survey and Apple. Their notices are in Settings ▸ Acknowledgements and apply as written there.

6. Subscription. Some features require a paid subscription: taking photos and video, and importing photos, video and drawings. Everything else remains open at all times: your projects, templates, tags, comments, pinning photos to existing drawings, reports and export.

A free trial may be offered when you first subscribe. It can only be used once, and starting a paid plan after the trial does not give you another one.

The subscription is offered as a monthly and a yearly plan. The current price, the billing period and any free trial are shown in the app and in the App Store before you buy, and those are the terms that apply. It renews automatically until you cancel. You cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Payment is handled by Apple.

A subscription that ends never locks your data. You can always open, browse and export everything you have already made.

7. No warranty; limits. The app is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost data, lost work, or losses arising from relying on what the app records. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.

8. Law. The law of Sweden applies.
